4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary per service and supplier. Specific details will be provided at the time of booking. Generally, deposits are non-refundable. Refunds for cancelled services are subject to the terms of our third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) and Wanderlust Keepers' administrative fees. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Travel Insurance

It is a condition of booking that you have comprehensive travel insurance for yourself and all members of your traveling party. Your insurance should provide coverage for personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, loss of luggage, cancellation or curtailment of your booking, and personal liability. Wanderlust Keepers can assist in arranging suitable policies but is not responsible for any uninsured losses.

6. Passports, Visas, and Health

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents for the countries you are visiting or transiting through. You are also responsible for checking health and vaccination requirements. Wanderlust Keepers can provide guidance but accepts no liability for your failure to obtain the necessary documents or comply with health regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wanderlust Keepers acts as an agent for various third-party travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or failures of these suppliers. Our liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of using our services is limited to the amount paid to Wanderlust Keepers for the specific service in question, to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
